Undergraduate in computer science, masters in computer application, and Ph. D in remote sensing and geographical information system, Dr. Ghimire is a researcher, an academician, a system analyst, and a technology enthusiast accumulating professional experience in national and international industries for almost a decade and a half.

Mr. Suraj Adhikari is key operational initiator of web and domain services in Nepal. He has extensively contributed to .NP Country Code Top Level Domain (.np ccTLD) registry from its foundation days. In 2000, he initiated, coordinated and promoted almost all major Nepalese publication houses including 100+ years old government owned ‘GORKHAPATRA NATIONAL DAILY’ to largest selling National Daily ‘KANTIPUR’ to make their online version through www.nepalnews.com, the first news portal of Nepal by publishing their paper content in the internet. Suraj has completed his academic master’s degree on mass communication and Journalism from Tribhuvan University, Kathmandu.  He has been actively involving ISOC Nepal and various events ie Nepal IGF, npSIG etcs by ISOC and participated various international events by APTLD, CCNSO, and ICANN.

Kamala Adhikari is a financial professional having experience in the area of digital rights, policy research and law firms. She has keen interest on digital rights, protection of women and children in cyber space and mobile technologies. As Internet Governance enthusiast, she has participated various IG forums including, ICANN, Stockholm Internet Forum, APrIGF, Nepal IGF. She is head of the finance team of Center for Law and Technology and co-founder of Delta Security Private Limited.
