Kamala Adhikari is a financial professional having experience in the area of digital rights, policy research and law firms. She has keen interest on digital rights, protection of women and children in cyber space and mobile technologies. As Internet Governance enthusiast, she has participated various IG forums including, ICANN, Stockholm Internet Forum, APrIGF, Nepal IGF. She is head of the finance team of Center for Law and Technology and co-founder of Delta Security Private Limited.
